Our Dim Sum is all crafted by hand by our master Chef Wang, who has over 30 years of experience in renowned NYC Dim Sum restaurants and includes specialties like soup dumplings, shumai, custard buns, and glass shrimp rolls

What is Dim Sum

Dim Sum comes from the Cantonese word for “appetizer” and is a traditional Chinese meal featuring a delightful array of sweet and savory dishes. Often enjoyed with tea to enhance and balance the flavors of the meal, Dim Sum includes popular items such as shumai, shrimp dumplings, BBQ pork baos, and custard buns. At Spin and Savor, all of our Dim Sum is made by hand by our Master Chef Wang.
